Inclusion Criteria
- •Age : 1month to 2 years
- •Respiratory Distress Assessment Instrument (RDAI) score < 10
Exclusion Criteria
- •History of mechanical ventilation in Newborns
- •Conditions including emergency intubation ( poor resp effort , seizures , cardio pulmonary compromise)
- •Congestive heart failure
- •Malnourished
- •Past history of wheeze
- •Progressive resp failure ( Pco2 >60 mmhg , Po2 < 50 mmhg)
- •Lack of o2 supply
