Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. All patients who have cardiac surgery at Siriraj Hospital with complete preoperative transthoracic and/or transesophageal echocardiogram, including urgency and emergency cases, 2\. All patients who have cardiac surgery at Siriraj Hospital whose perioperative transesophageal echocardiograms were performed and interpreted by NBE certified(National Board of Echocardiography) and at least 2\-year experience working in cardiovascular\-thoracic anesthesia field., 3\. Age equal or more than 18 years old.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients who have complexed congenital heart disease., 2\. Preoperative transthoracic or preoperative transesophageal echocardiogram is incomplete., 3\. Patients who have contraindication for transesophageal echocardiogram.
