60 years of age and older,
Diagnosis of asthma by a doctor,
Ability to make eye and verbal communication and ability to answer study questions
Having a smartphone by the elderly person or the important person lives with him(her)
No known mental illness (schizophrenia, bipolar ...),
No consumption of medication affecting the patient's mental state ( antidepressants and anti-psychotics),
No drug addiction,
No consumption of hypnotics (Zolpidem, Alprazolam, etc.) and alcohol,
No systemic cortico-steroids consumption,
No hearing impairment using Whisper Test,
No use of other methods of relaxation (such as yoga, progressive muscle relaxation) during the study,
No cognitive impairment based on an equal or more than score 7 on the Abbreviated Mental Test(AMT)

Name Time Method Fatigue. Timepoint: Before the intervention, at the end of the sixth week, after the beginning of intervention. Method of measurement: Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS).;Asthma control. Timepoint: Before the intervention, at the end of the sixth week , after the beginning of intervention. Method of measurement: Asthma control questionnaire.
