Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Desk\-based office worker,Desk work is characterized by a sedentary position of work in a fulltime job ( \>35 hours per week) in accordance with the criteria of Sedentary Behavior Research Network (SBRN)
- •2\.Working more last 6 months
- •3\.Age group:30 \-50 years
- •4\.Gender:Men and Women
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Known case of any cardiac\-respiratory disease, Any endocrinal disease rather than diabetes Type 2
- •2\.Participants who are unable to perform 6\-minute walk test such as lower limb fractures, other
- •musculoskeletal injuries and neurological disorders.
- •3\.Participants who are performing moderate to vigorous physical activity
- •4\.Pregnant and lactating women
