Inclusion Criteria
1.The patients who had Goligher 3rd or 4th degree hemorrhoids underwent combination therapy
2.the patients obtained the informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
1.The patients who have previous anal operation 2.the patients who have fissures or anal fistula 3.the patients who have irritable bowel syndrome 4.pregnancy or lactating women
