Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients between 40 to 60 years indicated for endoscopy
- •Patient must have for at least 3 months with onset of 6 months previously of one or more of the following symptoms of functional dyspepsia ( Rome IV criteria)
- •Bothersome postprandial fullness
- •Early satiation
- •Epigastric pain
- •Epigastric burning
- •No evidence of structural disease (including at upper endoscopy) that is likely to explain the symptoms
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Patient declining to be part of the study
- •2.Patient with GI bleeding, anorexia unintentional weight loss, dysphagia
- •3.Endoscopy evidence of Obstructive lesion/ stricture/ maligancies
- •4.Patients on medication for already diagnosed functional dyspepsia.
