Patients between 40 to 60 years indicated for endoscopy
Patient must have for at least 3 months with onset of 6 months previously of one or more of the following symptoms of functional dyspepsia ( Rome IV criteria)
Bothersome postprandial fullness
Early satiation
Epigastric pain
Epigastric burning
No evidence of structural disease (including at upper endoscopy) that is likely to explain the symptoms
1.Patient declining to be part of the study
2.Patient with GI bleeding, anorexia unintentional weight loss, dysphagia
3.Endoscopy evidence of Obstructive lesion/ stricture/ maligancies
4.Patients on medication for already diagnosed functional dyspepsia.
