- •2.Patients having sign and symptoms of Sandhigatavata (Osteoarthritis)
- •3.Patient signing the consent form.
- •4.Sign and symptoms of Sandhigatavata (Osteoarthrits)-
- •(A)Sandhishula (Pain in joints)
- •(I)Pain in resting condition
- •(II)Prasaarana Aakunchana Vedana (Pain in movements)
- •(B)Sandhishotha (Swelling in joints)
- •(C)Sandhigraha (Stiffness in joints)
- •(D)Sandhisphutana (Crepitations in joints)
- •(E)Sparshaasahyata (Tenderness in joints)
- •(F)Vatapurnadritisparsha (Feeling of air filled bag on palpation)
- •(G)Hantisandhigatah (Loss of function)
排除标准
- •1.Patients below 40 years and above 70 years of age of either sex.
- •2.Patients suffering from other forms of arthritis like Rheumatoid arthritis, septic
- •arthritis, gout, traumatic arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis.
- •3.Patients suffering from other chronic illness like Diabetes mellitus, hypertension, cardio-vascular disorders and endocrine disorders.
- •4.Patients suffering from paralysis and mental illness.
- •5.Patients not giving consent.
