Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients take their antihypertensive medication(s) as prescribed at least 3 month 2\. Sytolic office blood pressure 140\-179 mmHg or Diastolic office blood pressure 90\-109 mmHg
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Presentation of warning signs of stroke or myocardial infaction. 2\. Coffee or tea consumption, cigarette smoking, steroid or hormonal medications intake, pseudoephridine nasal decongestant. 3\. Possibly secondary hypertension.
