Inclusion Criteria

  • •All patients with acute abdomen undergoing abdominal surgery on an urgent and present on arrival in type at least one sign of ipoperfusione.
  • •Are the trial subjects under 18? no
  • •Number of subjects for this age range:
  • •F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes
  • •F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range
  • •F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) yes
  • •F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with chronic renal failure already undergoing dialysis treatment. SCA <12 months and NHYA  3 Patients judged to severity and comorbidity for non-treatment rianimatorio (do not Resuscitation) Patients with massive hemorrhage in OS or in the perioperative requiring blood transfusions and blood products abundant> 5 units of EC) Patients with values of ≥ 5 PVC mmHg Patients on the list for OLT Patients with age less than 18 years
