Inclusion Criteria
- •Having a diagnosis of obsessive compulsive disorder based on the Maudsley questionnaire
- •Being in the age range of 18 to 35 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •Absence in two consecutive sessions in each of the treatments
- •Taking psychiatric drugs
- •Use of other psychotherapy services
