- •Elective surgery under general anaesthesia requiring orotracheal intubation,
- •Consenting patients.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Presence of any major systemic disease,
- •\<2\.5 cm mouth opening, reflex esophagitis, intraoral growth, Symptomatic hiatus hernia,
- •non fasting, Predicted difficult airway
