入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients of ASA grade - I ,II
- •Age group 18-60 years of either sex.
- •All patients scheduled for elective unilateral inguinal
- •hernioplasty under the subarachnoid block (SAB).
排除标准
- •Patient refusal or not giving consent.
- •1 Pregnancy
- •2 Patient with coagulopathies
- •3 Seizure disorder
- •4 ASA grade III and above
- •5 Coagulopathy
- •6 Bradycardia and heart block
- •7 Patient with cardiac diseases
- •8 Patient on anticoagulants
- •9 Patient consuming adrenoreceptors agonist or antagonist
- •10 History of drug allergy to Bupivacaine or dexmedetomidine.
- •11 Patients with history of cardiac, respiratory, renal or hepatic
- •12 Psychological disorders.
