- •Age 25 to 50 years
- •Acceptable oral hygiene before surgical treatment
- •Patients with gingivitis who have a probe depth of 5 mm in three consecutive teeth in at least two quadrants
排除标准
- •Patients with known systemic diseases or drug therapy that may interfere with wound healing
- •Drug allergy
- •Obsessive and mental disorders
- •chewing tobacco
- •Pregnant women or mother has given birth
