Inclusion Criteria
- •1Taekwondo Recreational players 2Participants who are willing to participate 3Healthy individual 4Players perform their training at least 3-4 times a week and at least playing since 1 year.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1Individuals with any musculoskeletal, neurological and cardio respiratory disorder 2Surgery and injury in last 1 year 3Any psychological disorder.
