healthy men and women; 18-80 years of age; non-smokers; participants who are able to conduct all tests; participants who gave written and informed consent.
smoker; pregnants or breast feeding women; volunteers with diseases of the GI-trakt, metabolism, nervous System and infectious or immunological diseases in therapeutic Need; volunteers with tumours; volunteers with acute or chronic infectious diseases; volunteers with drug or alcohol abuse; volunteers with cardiac Stimulator; volunteers who may not adhere to the study protocol; volunteers that gave no written consent; institutonalised patients in mental hospitals.

Name Time Method Human metabolome (methods: (LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS und NMR) and resting energy expenditure (REE, using indirect caloriemetry)
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Identification of anthropometric determinations of the resting enery expenditure (REE) as body weight, body height, BMI, waist circumference, lean mass, body fat and bone contant. Clinical blood standart examinations as well clinical examinations as blood pressure and ECG.
