Subjects aged between 21-60 years irrespective of gender, religion, occupation, economic status and educational status. Subjects with classical symptoms of Dushta Vrana such as Poothi Pooya, Dushta Asrk Srava, Utsangi, Chirasthitha, Athi Gandha. Subjects with ulcer of diabetic foot with grade 1 and 2 (As per Wagner classification). Subjects with ulcer size ranges from 5x2cm to 15x10cm.Subjects on medication (OHA/Insulin) with controlled Diabetes Mellitus (HbA1C upto 11%).
Subjects with diabetic foot ulcer above grade 2(As per Wagner classification.
Subjects suffering from lesions like Tuberculosis, Syphilis etc.
Subjects suffering from Osteomyelitis.
Subjects suffering from HIV and immunocompromised diseases.
