Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adolescents soccer players aged between 13 and 15 years old, training 3 times a week, for at least 1 (one) year;
- •Parental Permission signed by Parents or Legal Guardians and Adolescent participant.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Previous history of surgery in the musculoskeletal system;
- •Presence of musculoskeletal, respiratory, neurological and / or cardiovascular diseases;
- •Use of medication continuously or within 30 days prior to the evaluation day;
- •Have received or are receiving any type of treatment for postural changes or balance problems;
- •Have received or be receiving any type of treatment using the Pilates method.
