Inclusion Criteria
Patients between 2-12 years of age undergoing elective neurosurgeries who are conscious and obeying commands.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Refusal of consent
2.Emergency neurosurgical procedures
3.Children in whom Emergence Delirium assessment is not possible.
4.Children shifted with artificial airway insitu
5.Children with postoperative complications like seizures / stridor.
