The ulcer duration was not associated risk factor of diabetic foot osteomyelitis. While wound that deep to bone and inflamed wound were significant risk factors for developing diabetic foot osteomyelitis. The cumulative incidence of diabetic foot osteomyelitis in Diabetic foot clinic, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital during 1/1/2015 - 31/12/2020 is 30% (incidence rate 0.1/person-year)
