入选标准
- •1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of CNLBP, and the duration of low back pain symptoms > 12 weeks;
- •2. Aged 18~60 years;
- •3. Cognitive function is normal and can cooperate with related rehabilitation interventions.
排除标准
- •1. Those who have had spinal tuberculosis, space occupation or fracture before undergoing lumbar surgery;
- •2. Suffering from scoliosis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.;
- •3. Primary diseases accompanied by serious infection, hematopoietic system, endocrine system, etc.;
- •4. Pregnant women or lactating women;
- •5. Can't cooperate with Baduanjin exercises for various reasons.
