- •Patient undergoing knee surgeries
- •Duration of surgery: around two to three hours
排除标准
- •Age- less than 18 and more than 65 years
- •ASA status IV, V.
- •Emergency surgeries.
- •Unwilling patient.
- •Patient with fever of any cause.
- •Known allergy to LA
