Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Low Back Pain with no specific Pathology, Low Back Pain less than 6 weeks, Positive Active Knee Extension test and Core muscle weakness, Patients who are able to comprehend command and willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Low Back Pain with Trauma. Low Back Pain with specific Pathology. Any Neurological symptoms involving Prolapsed Intervertebral Disc, Radiating Pain. History of recent Abdominal, Back Surgeries. Any Contraindication for Exercises, Short Wave Diathermy. Pregnancy. Psychological Risk Factor. Patients Apprehensive for the Stretching Techniques.
