- •\- sufficient knowledge of the German language to perform nutritional survey methods
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- No written consent given for study participation
- •\- Minority or exceeding the maximum age limit
- •\- Pregnancy, lactation
- •\- presence of a serious illness or acute illness at the time of the study
- •\- mental illnesses related to eating behavior (e.g. anorexia nervosa)
