Inclusion criteria
Diagnosis standard for acute sinusitis
? One or more of the symptoms of nasal obstruction/nasal discharge/posterior nasal drip
? One or more symptoms of sinus pain/Pressure or hyposmia/anosmia
? Observation of purulent discharge and mucous membrane edema
? Symptom duration less than 12 weeks
Exclusion criteria
(1) Condra-indication for Erdosteine treatment
? Patient with severe liver failure/ liver cirrhosis, patient with enzyme deficiency related to metionine metabolism
? Patients with severe renal failure
? Patient with peptic ulcer
? Pregnancy/lactating women
(2) A history of nose surgery within the last three months
(3) Chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp identified by nasal endoscopy, X-ray, CT, etc.
(4) Subjects who participated in other clinical trials within one month prior to participating in this clinical trial
(5) Subjects deemed inappropriate for participation in this study by the investigator
