Inclusion Criteria
Closed fractures in paediatric shaft of femur fracture in age group of 5-15yrs with weight less than 50kg.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Compartment syndrome
2.Associated with Vascular injury
3.Fracture more than 3 week old
4.femur fractures of AO Type 31,32C,33
5.Poly trauma patients.
6.Pathological fracture
7.External fixator applied patients
8. Associated Neurological abnormalities

Name Time Method Measurement of intra operative radiational exposure in surgical fixation of paediatric shaft of femur fracture in age group of 5 to 15 years with Enders and TENS nailTimepoint: Intra operatively and at the end of 6 months.

Name Time Method Assess the status of fracture healing and cost of the implant and clinical outcome in 6 month follow-up.Timepoint: Intra operatively and at the end of 6 months.
