Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Closed fractures in paediatric shaft of femur fracture in age group of 5\-15yrs with weight less than 50kg.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Compartment syndrome
- •2\.Associated with Vascular injury
- •3\.Fracture more than 3 week old
- •4\.femur fractures of AO Type 31,32C,33
- •5\.Poly trauma patients.
- •6\.Pathological fracture
- •7\.External fixator applied patients
- •8\. Associated Neurological abnormalities
