Inclusion Criteria

Patients who were eligible for inclusion in this study had to meet all of the following criteria:
1.Patient who was diagnosed as psoriasis and had erythematous plaque, covered with silvery scales.
2.A Male or female subject
3.Was 20 years of age or more at recruitment
4.Patient who was not a disability patient.
5.Patient who has hearing impairment, visual impairment, or unable to speak.
6.Patient was a fully conscious person who was able to read and write Thai.
7.Patient who had willingness to participate in this research by giving written informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Having phototherapy
2.Receiving Biologic drugs
3.Not willing to attend in the program until the end of the research.
