- 60
1) Having ages between 60-79.
2) Able to act according to the instructions.
3) The elderly had to receive a normal score from the Mini-Mental State Examination
4) The elderly had to receive a score from The Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) more or equal than 25.
5) Having a normal or corrected to normal vision and hearing.
6) Able to sit continuously for at least an hour.
7) Elderly’s willingness to participate and ability to provide informed consent.
1) Having sign of neurological problem (such as CVA and Parkinson's)
2) Having a musculoskeletal condition that could have limited their movement.
3) Having sensation problem.
4) Unable to control blood pressure (resting blood pressure more than 150/100 mmHg.
5) Having been diagnosed with severe heart disease or unstable symptoms.
6) Showing sign of severe depression or anxiety after taking Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale Evaluation Test and scored above 10.
7) Having severe pain of upper extremity (pain score>=7) measured by visual analog scale.
