Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Diagnosed cases of stage II adhesive capsulitis for 3\-6months
  • Age group 40\-60 years
  • Bilateral or unilateral stage II Adhesive capsulitis
  • With our without diabetes
  • Willing to participate

Exclusion Criteria

  • previous shouldersurgery less than 6 months
  • any ligament injury around shoulder joint less than 6 monthd
  • history of arthritis of shoulder
  • reflex sympathetic dystrophy
