Inclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosed cases of stage II adhesive capsulitis for 3\-6months
- •Age group 40\-60 years
- •Bilateral or unilateral stage II Adhesive capsulitis
- •With our without diabetes
- •Willing to participate
Exclusion Criteria
- •previous shouldersurgery less than 6 months
- •any ligament injury around shoulder joint less than 6 monthd
- •history of arthritis of shoulder
- •reflex sympathetic dystrophy
