Inclusion Criteria
every otherwise mental healthy patient over the age of 2 and under the age of 10 years scheduled for elective surgery
- knowledge in German language of children and their parents
Exclusion Criteria
- Patients who are already included into another clinical trial
- parent´s refusal to participate the study

Name Time Method Both premedication techniques will be compared with the Visual analysis scoring (VAS)System<br><br>Timepoints: Preoperatively after the initial visit in the surgical ambulance, preoperatively before premedication, 15 min after premedication, in the afternoon after surgery before discharge, one to four weeks after surgery
