入选标准
- •1\) Patients with an inoperable pancreatic cancer
- •2\) Patients with upper abdominal or back pain caused by pancreatic cancer
- •3\) 20 years \= age \< 80 years
- •4\) Patients who have not had a celiac plexus block
- •5\) Patients who have no effect on WHO three step ladder approach
- •6\) Patients with voluntary written consent
排除标准
- •1\) Not agree to participate in research
- •2\) Patients with an operable pancreatic cancer
- •3\) Patients with side effects of local anesthetics or steroid
- •4\) when other causes cannot be excluded
- •5\) Patients with coagulopathy or sign of infection
- •6\) Patients with Yellow flag sign
- •7\) Patients with Red flag sign
