This study will include the primary users, children upto 18 years, and/or their parents or attendees (wherever applicable as surrogates) in outpatient and inpatient departments, and the secondary users, nurses, doctors, and staff associated with children of that setting will be included. Along with the above, the Highest Bed Strength(BS) in Private Hospitals and Highest BS among the Chain Hospitals are included.
Visitors to the pediatric setting, children with terminal illnesses, and psychiatric hospitalization will be excluded from the study. Along with the above, the Same type of hospitals in Chain Hospitals, and the Same type of hospitals in Private Hospitals are excluded.

Name Time Method The primary outcome of the research study will evaluate the pediatric built environment to recommend a child-friendly environment per the conceptual framework proposed for the study.Timepoint: The primary outcome (the focus of the research) will take the timeline from 2.5 years to 3 years.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Design recommendation for a child- friendly healthcare setting can be made access to designers, architects and other stakeholders for future design or refining existing hospital designs. <br/ ><br>• Child-friendly healthcare environment makes the investigations and consultations easy with respect to children and parent accompanying them. <br/ ><br>• Child-friendly healthcare environment will reduce the psychological trauma like fear, anxiety, and sadness during the hospital visits.Timepoint: 4 years
