- 60 Years to 0 N/A (No limit) (—)
- Sex
- All
Inclusion Criteria
- •1. Patients are equal or older than 60 years old.
- •2. Vascular patient that have plan to operate (aorta, carotid and peripheral) who get anesthesia more than 2 hours.
- •3. Elective case
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Patients have cognitive impairment before surgery who get less than 24 score of Thai Mental State Examination (TMSE)
- •2. Patients who regularly drink alcoholic beverages and drink within the 14 days before surgery.
- •3. Pre-operative patients who have positive delirium when test with Confusion Assessment Method for Intensive Care Unit (CAM-ICU)
- •4. Patients with creatinine clearance < 30 ml/min
- •5. Patients with hepatic impairment with Child Pugh score greater than 10
- •6. Patients with history of risperidone allergy or history of neuroleptic malignant syndrome
- •7. Emergency case
