- The patient will be diagnosed on the basis of history, signs, symptoms and local examination of Parikartika & presence of features of Chronic fissure in ano.

The whole research work will be summarized and conclusion will be made on the basis of the observation which will be done on the subjective and objective parameters. Result will be analyzed statically & discussed accordingly.

入选标准
- •1- The patient of age group between 18-60 years.
- •2- Patients with either sex were selected.
- •3- Patients with no pre-existing serious medical condition.
排除标准
- •1- Age below 18 years and above 60 years.
- •2- Any serious systemic disorders like T.B, HTN, DM.
- •3- Pregnant women.
- •4- Mentally sick patient.
- •5- HIV, HBsAg, HCV Positive cases.
- •6- Fissure in Ano secondary to Ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, Syphilis.

The patient will be diagnosed on the basis of history, signs, symptoms and local examination of Parikartika & presence of features of Chronic fissure in ano.

- Assessment was made with the following parameters:(1. Pain in anal region during defecation)
