Patient having classical signs and symptoms of cholelithiasis.
Patients who are indicated (Yogya) for PaneeyaKshara.
Asymptomatic patients who are diagnosed to have gallstones accidentally by USG.
Solitary or multiple stones (1 to 20 mm in size).
Patients with Cholelithiasis associated with complications such as Acute Obstructive Cholecystitis, Acute Pancreatitis, Liver Failure, and Carcinoma of Gallbladder.
The Gall stones which are present in the cystic duct and CBD.
Patients who are contraindicated (Ayogya) for Paneeya Kshara.
Uncontrolled other systemic disorders like Diabetes mellitus (HbA1C >7.5%, RBS >200mg/dl), Hypertension( >150/90mmhg) etc.
Subjects with congenital anomalies of Hepatobiliary System.
