Brief Summary

Tamak shwasa is a type of breathing disorder. It can be correlated with Bronchial asthama as per modern science. This study trial drug Pipaladi Leh for orally intake. This study aim to evaluate the efficacy of Pipaladi Leh in Tamak shwasa and management of Tamak shwasa. Duration of treatment is 60days. Patients will be take OPD no 10 PG Department of Kaumarbhritya, Rishikul Campus, Haridwar, Uttarakhand Ayurveda University Harrawala Dehradun

Inclusion Criteria
  • Children diagnosed as the case of Tamak Shwasa with the presenting symptoms.
  • Mild and moderate asthama according to Global Initiative for Asthama (GINA) guidelines.
Exclusion Criteria
  • Below the age of 6years and above the age of 14 years.
  • severe Asthama according to the Global Initiative for Asthama (GINA) guidelines.

1. Relief in difficulty in breathingIt will be assessed every 2nd week for 2 months
2. Relief in intensity of coughIt will be assessed every 2nd week for 2 months
3. Relief in Rhinitis intensityIt will be assessed every 2nd week for 2 months
4. improvement in Disturbed sleepIt will be assessed every 2nd week for 2 months
5. Relief in frequency of Shwasa VegaIt will be assessed every 2nd week for 2 months
