入选标准
- •Patients of both sexes and over 18 years old
- •They needed more than 2 hours of aggressive mechanical ventilation
- •GCS above 9
- •No underlying pulmonary problems
排除标准
- •Patients receiving therapeutic doses of heparin enoxaparin, warfarin or dabigatran during the study
- •Uncontrolled bleeding or a history of bleeding such as cerebral hemorrhage in the past year and patients who had an epidural catheter or were implanted within 2 hours of hospitalization.
- •Patients with heparin sensitivity
