Inclusion Criteria
  • Younger individuals between the age group of 18 to 30 years.
  • Individuals with longitudinal arch angle less than 131 degree is low arch foot.
  • Individuals with normal BMI (18.5-24.9).
Exclusion Criteria

Individuals with history of recent lower limb surgeries Individuals with history of lower limb injuries Adults having congenital flat foot Adults having any foot or lower limb deformity Any Neuromuscular injuries (nerve rupture, neuropathy) in the past 1 year Adults having allergy to taping Adults having Hypermobility of joint.
