Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients diagnosed as per the criteria for mild and moderate depression as per ICD 10.
2. Age between 18 to 50 years.
3. Patients of either gender, irrespective of socioeconomic status.
4. Patients ready to sign informed consent form.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with other psychiatric disorders like Schizophrenia, Bipolar mood disorder and
substance abuse.
2. Patients with severe depressive disorder.
3. Pregnant women.
4. Patients with other systemic disorders like uncontrolled Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus,
Tuberculosis.
