- •Age of majority,gender-independent all patients who are planned to undergo total thyroidectomy for validation of the ThyPRO-39 questionnaire, gender-independent all patients who are planned to undergo thyroid surgery
排除标准
- •Patients younger than 18 years of age
- •poor German language skills
- •Incompliance in calcium and magnesium intake
- •taking thiazide diuretics or lithium
- •Patients with recurrent surgery
- •Refusal to participate in the study
- •Chronic renal insufficiency
- •Preexisting hyperparathyroidism with hypercalcemia
- •Retirement by patient request
