- •Pediatric patients of either gender aged between one day to 12 years belonging to ASA grade I â?? III undergoing elective cardiac surgery for congenital cardiac disease will be included in this study
排除标准
- •1. Patients with diabetes, sepsis and metabolic diseases
- •2. Patients on ventilatory support
- •3. Patients on corticosteroid therapy
- •4. Patients who will not comply to the fasting instructions
