1.All consenting CDSIMER(Dr.Chandramma Dayananda Sagar Institute of Medical Education and Research) and DSU(Dayananda Sagar University) teaching and non-teaching staff between the ages of 18 and 60.
2.Willing and able to give informed consent.
1.Participants with known or diagnosed psychiatric disorders and already on any form of treatment
2.Participants with Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) Score less than 13.
3.Participants with known comorbid medical conditions, such as endocrine (e.g., thyroid and adrenal), cardiovascular, neurological disorders, autonomic neuropathy, acute or chronic painful conditions, and any other significant inflammation, infection, or fever on the day of the procedure.
4.Current or prior diagnosis of epilepsy, seizure disorder, dementia, migraines or other neurological disease that may prevent the use of VR.
5.Participants taking any medication that may affect physiological parameters under study, such as antihypertensives, beta- and alpha-receptor modulators, psychotropic medications, anticholinergics, cholinergic, or any unknown formulation.
6.Pregnant and lactating women.
