入选标准
- •1)All patients with age between twenty to sixty five year of age group
- •2)all type of chronic wounds in diabetic patients with wound size more than six cm in height and width and more than two cm in depth
- •3)Patients giving consent for vaccum therapy
排除标准
- •1) Nondiabetic Patients
- •2)wound with size of less than six cm height and width and less than two cm depth
- •3)Patients with underlying osteomyelitis
- •4)Exposed arteries or veins or varicosity
- •5) Malignacy within wound
- •4)Malignancy within wounds
- •5)Dry gangrene
- •6)Wounds resulting from electrical,chemical, or radiation burns and those with collagen vascular disease
