Inclusion Criteria
1 Age > 18 years old
2 Diagnosed with definite or probable familial hypercholesterolemia by Dutch Lipid Clinic Network criteria [FH group] or LDL more than 130 mg/dl [non-FH hypercholesterolemia group]
Exclusion Criteria
1 Secondary hypercholesterolemia eg.hypothyroidism, cholestasis, nephrotic syndrome, cushing syndrome, drug-induced
2 History of coronary artery disease, ischemic stroke
3 pregnancy
4 Have CT coronary contraindication or cannot withhold breathing during CT procedure
