Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Age \> 18 years old
- •2 Diagnosed with definite or probable familial hypercholesterolemia by Dutch Lipid Clinic Network criteria \[FH group] or LDL more than 130 mg/dl \[non\-FH hypercholesterolemia group]
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Secondary hypercholesterolemia eg.hypothyroidism, cholestasis, nephrotic syndrome, cushing syndrome, drug\-induced
- •2 History of coronary artery disease, ischemic stroke
- •3 pregnancy
- •4 Have CT coronary contraindication or cannot withhold breathing during CT procedure
