Inclusion Criteria
1) Age =20 years old
2) Acute ischemic stroke patients who underwent CT angiographies before intravenous thrombolytic treatment
3) Patients who give an informed consents for participation in the study or the legal representative or immediate family give informed consent on behalf of patients in case of difficulty to decide study enrollment.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Age <20 years old
2) Acute ischemic stroke patients who did not receive intravenous thrombolytic treatment
3) No informed consents from patients

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Complications (extracranial life-threatening bleeding, herniation, infection);Recanalization rate;Hemorrhagic transformation;Modified Rankin scale scores at discharge and 3 months ;Death at 6 months and during follow-up;NIHSS(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) scores after IV rt-PA(intravenous recombinant tissue plasminogen activator) infusion, at 1 day and discharge
