Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •age between 19 to 60 years old; driving a car on a regular basis from a year before the time of the study; having a driver's license. Exclusion criteria: people who on average per day, less than 3 hours drive; people who suffer diseases such as epilepsy, cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, kidney disease, respiratory disease, impaired vision, difficulty seeing at night, impairment and deafness and people who for whatever reason not to attend any training sessions.
