入选标准
- •patients between 4 months and 5 years of age who were American Society of Anesthesiologists I or II(15) who received intramuscular (IM) ketamine for laceration repair.
排除标准
- •patients with a concurrent vomiting illness; those with a previous adverse reaction to ketamine, atropine or metoclopramide; those with parents unwilling to provide informed consent; those with contraindications for trial drugs; and those who not sedated after first dose of IM ketamine.
