Inclusion Criteria
Patients (male or female) with moderate to severe acute clozapine poisoning according to poisoning severity score .
Exclusion Criteria
1.Asymptomatic and mild cases.
2.Pregnant and lactating women.
3.Patients with coingestion of other substances in addition to antipsychotics.
4.Patients with other major medical conditions (e.g. cardiovascular disease, renal or hepatic failure).
