•1) Subject who voluntarily agree to participate and signs informed consent form
•2) 20 years= Age <65 years
•3) 25 kg/m2 = BMI 30 kg/m2
•4) Waist circumference = 90 cm (male) or 85 cm (female)
•5) Subject who agreed not to receive any pharmacologic or non-pharmacologic treatment for reduction of body fat during study period

•1) Subject who have been continuously taken any medication that could affects body weight, lipid metabolism, blood glucose metabolism, immune function or inflammatory response within 1 month before the first visit, or who are likely to take them during the study period
•2) Subject who have been continuously taken antibiotics within 2 months before the first visit, or who are likely to take them during the study period
•3) Subjects who have been continuously consumed any healthy functional food or oriental medicine that can affect body weight, lipid metabolism, blood glucose metabolism or immune function within 1 month before the first visit.
•4) Subjects who have been continuously consumed any food (including healthy functional food) that can affect bowel health within 1 month before the first visit.
•5) Subjects with diseases such as uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, liver dysfunction renal dysfunction hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism serious central nervous system disorder, severe cardiovascular disease, etc.6) Subject who had irregular dietary or life habits
•7) Recommended Food Score > 36, etc
